My SpringCard reader is installed and works, but I sometimes encounter some issues with it. Do I need to upgrade the firmware?

We’re always trying to improve our readers and therefore publish new firmwares regularly.
If a new firmware is available for your SpringCard product, it will most likely improve it: you should check your current firmware version, and upgrade it if possible, before contacting support.
